I'll pay 120Mybux for unique theme without any type of "theme copyrights" on it. (ofc keep "Powered By MyBB, © 2002-2009 MyBB Group." on it!)
I want this theme only for me and noone else without my agreement.
I want buttons and default theme icons included.

I pay only by MyBux on this forum.
I can reject your ofert if I don't like it. Then ofc you can sell it for others.
You give me all copyrights after final transaction.

I also looking for something like that I love Vision theme, I would like to see something like that but unique for my forum. I can pay up to 500Mybux for that (if I collect that number of Mybux).

500 MyBux is a huge price.
I suggest you to find a free cool thempelate and convert it into a MyBB thempelate.

But some themes are licensed under GPL so you would need to keep CR.

So you want an exclusive custom theme, copyright removal, plus full distribution rights? Nobody will do this for you, you're asking for wayyyyy too much buddy.

Let's see I just asking for that becouse I have no experience and skill & time for that and I want unique theme.

Well maybe somebody will fulfill you request if you are okay with them putting their copyright on their theme. Gives them more of an incentive to do this for you.
