Dropdown menu code

Can you please give me the code, files, css and all the necessary stuff to get it working? I've been searching arround for the correct code everywhere, but didn't find what I want. I currently have a really crappy one, and would like to have one like yours.

Regards,

RE: Dropdown menu code

Sorry I don't really get what you're asking for. You want the HTML for a dropdown menu?

RE: Dropdown menu code

If you're talking about the little drop down function when you click on 'Find Posts' its included in MyBB
It's what they use for the edit dropdown too.
See below how its set out.

Code:
<div id="postsmenu_popup" class="popup_menu" style="display: none;">

<div class="popup_item_container">
<a href="http://mybbsource.com/search.php?action=getnew" class="popup_item" style='color:black'>New Posts</a>
</div>

<div class="popup_item_container">
<a href="http://mybbsource.com/search.php?action=getdaily" class="popup_item" style='color:black'>Today's Posts</a>
</div>

</div>

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
new PopupMenu("postsmenu");
</script>

And then the actual link:
Code:
<td ><b><a href="" id="postsmenu">Find Posts</a></b></td>

RE: Dropdown menu code

Didn't really fully tested it. But I just pasted both codes on some template to see if it worked, and.. it didn't.
Any "special step" I could have missed? I gotta go now, so I kind of tested it in a hurry.. if you could leave me the answer, I'd appreciate it.

RE: Dropdown menu code

As long as this

Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://mybbsource.com/jscripts/popup_menu.js?ver=1400"></script>
is in the header it should work. (In headerinclude by default)

I take it you are running it within MyBB?
Could we also have a URL so we can see what's wrong.
