Update Problems

When I try to change the message for Cool Announcements and Message of the day, it doesn't update.

How do I solve this?

It is for the same for link exchange as well, help will be appreciated.

are you sure settings.php is chmodded correctly?

yes 777 in your acp klick on tools & maintance, you will see if all chmod settings are correct
