The reason why I am selling Central-Forums.net is as follows:
1. It’s getting very hard for me to do well at school and keep the forum going… I need to focus at school and I want to do well and the forum just takes a lot of time out and I never get anything done.
2. I am working a lot more which means that I don’t have time to come on the forum as well as get my homework done for school.
3. I am having trouble keeping the members happy. I know there are problems, and I try to fix them and no luck.
4. All in all, it’s getting very hard for me, and I can put my spare time into other forums, and doing what I enjoy doing which is websites and surfing the net. I think I could help out forums out in getting members and that sort of thing, which would be good for me.
For who wishes to buy the forum can continue running the forum, or use the website for another purpose. The currently host (froobe.net) is very liable and very good. You can continue to use the hosting service or move elsewhere – it’s also very good on price.
Also, if you would like to see the forum before purchasing, please contact myself and I can make arrangements for you.

Just out of curiosity, how much are you wanting for the site? I can't buy it because I am saving all my money to buy a dedicated server so I can start webhosting.
