Install MyBB On A cPanel Host!
Overview of This Tutorial:
Basically, if you are new to installing MyBB I'm here to save the day with this tutorial... hopefully.

What Am I Going To Need?
1 - MyBB - Download a copy here: http://mybboard.net/downloads/
2 - Computer & Internet (obviously! :P).
3 - A cPanel supported host, or even a host at all. I suggest: http://tyreus.com
4 - A brain. :P

**NOTES**
ACP - Administration Control Panel
MCP - Moderator Control Panel
UCP - User Control Panel
Text in italics in between [ ]'s means this step/tip is OPTIONAL.

Let's start!
Firstly, download and install a copy of MyBB from the link provided above.
Step 1:
cPanel's File Manager
Click "File Manager" in cPanel. (SCREENSHOT)

Step 2:
Uploading MyBB
Click Upload in the file manager - (SCREENSHOT)

Step 3:
Extracting MyBB
Click on the mybb_1404.zip and click Extract in the upper spot of the file manager.
You should now get a place where to install it, choose where ever you want, and you'll get a popup similar to this. Click close.

Step 4:
Getting Read to CHMOD Files
You should now have 2 new folders where you extracted in the last step (step 3). [You can delete the Documentation and the zip if you want, of course in case something goes wrong you'd have a copy of the zip in your files instead of having to re-uploading it.]
Go into the "Upload" folder [You can rename it now to whatever you want the link to be (e.g. yoursite.com/Upload to yoursite.com/forums or community or whatever)], and go into inc.

Step 5:
Changing permission settings.
Once in the inc folder, change config.default.php to config.php
On the right side click the number (0644) and type in 0777 (including the zero.) (SCREENSHOT)
Also CHMOD (What you just did!) inc/settings.php the following files:
inc/settings.php

Step 6:
Creating A Database!
In cPanel, click "MySQL Databases"
Click on the following link, and follow the steps on these images to set one up:
CREATING THE DATABASE
CREATING A USER FOR THE DATABASE
ASSIGNING THE USER TO THE DATABASE

Step 7:
Installing MyBB!
Now that the hard part is over, go to where ever you put MyBB (e.g. yoursite.com/community/install Make sure you add on /install/ onto the end!!!)
The first 3 pages are pretty self explanatory.. on the 4th one with database stuff, refer to what you made back on step 6.
CLICK HERE to find out what to put in the boxes!

Step 8:
Finishing Up The Installation
The rest of the steps are extremely simple, just click next. Once you get to "Board Configuration" just fill out the boxes about what your site's about.. Don't mess with the cookie settings in the 3 row of boxes!!
After that page, you get a "Create Administrator Account." Make sure you use a strong password, and a REAL e-mail.

BAM! Your done!

Final Steps
Either remove, or create a new file by the name of lock in the install folder. For security purposes. Create your forums, enjoy using MyBB and it's powers!
