You should start uploading your themes as attachments, instead of providing an external link ;)

No it doesn't. You just archive the .xml into a zip and then upload it.

Also, another word of advice. Many users don't like having the images hosted on other sites, so it's encouraged to give them the images too, and just like put them in images/THEME NAME/ and link to them that way. Then when you give the theme out store it like this:

Folder/images/(Put all the themes images here)
Folder/Theme.xml
Folder/Readme.txt
and zip it all up. That makes for a nicer presentation :)

Okay but how do you make them all go into the .zip file? I've been saving my themes as .zip, and when I turned them into a attachment, it said nothing was in there. @_@

That's why I've been using external links.

Do you have WinRar or Winzip? If you have those programs all you would have to do is put all the files into a folder, do a right click, and click add to archive. You then can choose which format you would like to make it into (.zip, or .rar)
