Can We Post Other Peoples Plug Ins ?
are we allowed to post other peoples plug ins , with their permission or is that not allowed ?

Yea, I guess it depends.. If you get their permission then yes.. But if not, don't do it..

Yea if its like a Central one that is paid then dont. It will start trouble. But if its free then i cant see the problem. But always keep all credits to author is my belief.
