MyAds version 2.0 supports a different format. You can now select where you want the ads to show every X amount of posts OR you can select that you want your ads to show after the first post on each page. This release should also fix the bug if you put 0 for show threads every.

Look after every third post here i believe it is. The adds you see. Thats what it does. Also it can put an add in the footer and header. Im not sure if it is user group specific. But yea that's basically what it does.
