So members could select prefixes to add before a thread title. They would be defined by the admin for each individual forum. Also make it an option to enable/disable on each forum. Like vB if you don't know what I mean.

No they don't have to be forced to. Well not for what I'm using it for anyway.

and I want an option to disable as so it's just not randomly used in forums it's not needed at all and shouldn't be used.

Well I mean prefixes would be defined per forum, so if you don't want any used in the forum, you don't define any and it won't show...Just saves some time me thinks.
