Fix to Form Manager.
An important fix was added to Form Manager today. All who have downloaded it previously should update ASAP.

how do I update? Do I deactivate it first or do I just replace one of the files?

.....I know some plugins don't need to be deactiavted when updating...XD

Just overwrite the files. Specifically, FORUM_ROOT/forms.php
