I thought I would share my MyBB Multiforums Mod with you all. This mod allows you to host free MyBB forums for people like webringamerica.com or createmybb.com.

Features:

• Host Multiple MyBB forums with one set of files and one database
• SUBDOMAIN URLs!
• Themes are fully customizable on hosted forums so the admins can make the forums look however they want
• The powerful host admin control panel allows you to manage your forum hosting service. You can view, delete, prune, mass email forums and more!
• Ad Manager - The ad manager allows you to place ads on the headers and footers of every hosted forum!
• Safe backup manager allows forums to make SQL backup of their portion of the database safely and easily.

The mod is completely free. The only thing we require is that you keep our copyright intact. You can pay a small fee for the right to remove the copyright.

Nice hope to see the 1.4 version soon.

This is actually one of the best mods for mybb to this date. The only thing that bugs me is the copyright inside the forum creator, but I guess that's one of the ways to get exposure back.

The MyBB 1.4 version will now support SUBDOMAIN URLs!!! This means you can host forums like forumname.yoursite.com style! :)

Yes, the link lets us get exposure back for the mod and more downloads. You can always redesign the forum installer output so the visual style matches your site, just make sure the copyright linkback works and is visible.

You can also pay a small fee ($10 USD) to remove the copyright link. By paying the fee you also get access to premium mods for the script. Currently we have a mod where users can pay via PayPal to remove the ads you place on forums. The MyBB 1.4 version will also have mods to charge for backups as well as a forum directory mod. That's less than $4 a mod, plus you get copyright removal rights. :)

I'm also trying to design something currently called ForumGuardian that will run via a CRON job on your server and automatically suspend forums that break your TOS based on keywords you specify. If I get this coded it will be available free for Premium Members. :)

Yeah, the new version will be a lot better. I am just waiting on MyBB 1.4 to release it. :)

I can't wait either! :) I'm leaving for a vacation tomorrow, but once I get back (August 2nd) I hope MyBB 1.4 will be released. Then I will release the Multiforums Mod for MyBB 1.4 the first week of August assuming that MyBB 1.4 is released by the end of July. :)
