Panic Button
Mod Description: Allows your users to have a "panic" button displayed on each post. They will be able to specify which URL it goes to.<br/> You as an admin can decide: <ul>
<li>The Image</li>
<li>Global On/Off</li>
<li>FIDs that it will be shown in</li>
</ul>
