Could you tell me how to make the banner clickable at the top?

Everytime I add the <a href="url.com"></a> around this code: <table height="93" width="640" background="{$theme['logo']}" cellpadding="10"> it doesn't make it clickable.

Please ask for support on svizy.net as it says in the ReadMe.txt
Banner at the top is clickable by default and no edits are necessary to make it clickable

It isn't clickable for a forum I am working on it has the <a href code wrapped around it but it isn't clickable.

Your forum is not sending me an activation code. Could you activate me manually?
