Usage Terms and End User License Agreement v1.0

This agreement between you (the installer/downloader), and MyBB Source (the Creator) lists what you can and cannot do with the MyBB Themes and Skins located in this file download. This includes the source codes (CSS Stylesheet and HTML codes) and graphics (logos, images, buttons, macros, etc.), all to be reffered to as the 'theme' throughout this document. The MyBB Source owner, staff, management, users, third party clients, and all content on the mybbstudios.com will hereby be refferred to as 'MyBB Source'. By downloading, installing, and using any theme, you agree and are bound to this license. If you do not agree with this license in its entirety, do not use, download, or install the Theme, in part of in entirety. There may be additions to this license on an individual theme basis.

Usage Rights
MyBB Source will allow you to use this theme to it's fullest, providing that you follow this license. The following is a list of can's and cannot's associated with the theme.

You may:
- Use the theme on your installation of the MyBB software.
- Make minor edits the HTML/CSS or graphics to fit your needs (Copyright may not be removed regardless).

You may not:
- Distribute/Redistribute the software; especially for profit.
- Remove any copyright MyBB Source has added into the code, including the footer copyrights (Unless you buy a copyright removal license). This includes, but is not limited to, removing, changing the size, color, transparency, editing or deleting words from the copyrights.
- Claim you are the original author.
- Dissassemble or use the theme's source codes/graphics to re-create a work based on the theme to be distributed as a different or same theme; especially for profit.
- Dissassemble or use the theme's source codes/graphics to re-create a work based on the theme for a different software to be distributed as a different or same theme; especially for profit.
- Use the theme to promote activities like piracy, or other activities that could be considered illegal or damaging to others.

Disclaimer
All themes are provided 'as is', without a warranty of any kind. This theme is released in candidate testing stages. That means that we are constantly looking for bugs (with the help of users) and updating our themes. We cannot guarantee the stability of our themes. Downloading and installing the themes are at your own risk, for even though we can provide support, we cannot guarantee that problems could arise. If you have a heavily modified board, take extra precaution when installing the theme. Should installing the theme cause any part of your board to be defective, including the theme, you assume responsibility of all costs of any service and repairs, not MyBB Source.

Termination of Usage Rights
This agreement will automatically terminate should you fail to follow it completely, or on contact of an authorized representative of MyBB Source. On termination, you have exactly 72 hours to delete and destroy all copies of the theme. Legal action, as well as permanent revocation of subscription may be taken upon failure to follow this rule. Refunds will not be given out under any circumstances.

Proprietary Rights
All coding, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other belong to and are copyright MyBB Source. All else copyright their respective owners.

Other
MyBB Source reserves the right to edit and change these terms at any point in time. We may or may not announce any changes. It is your responsibility to keep up with the updated terms, ignorance is not an excuse for failure to comply with the terms. A copy of this license is found on the on the MyBB Source website as well as the theme files.

Support is provided for all of our themes, assuming you have an active subscription. We can, but are not required to provide support for any queries related to the themes caused by third-party software/themes/other not issued by MyBB Source. Third party software is classified as plugins, modifications, codes, skins, and graphics not supplied by MyBB Source. We reserve the right to refuse support to anyone, and will not provide support for anyone breaking this license.

MyBB Source is not responsible for any themes installed or purchased outside of the mybbstudios.com domain. If you are having problems with themes downloaded from other websites, do not contact us. We do not offer any compensation or refunds for any themes or products that we do not directly distribute.
