I think you can use the style tag with html.

For example, you can style a link with CSS.

<a href="google.com" style="border-style: solid; border-color: #CCCCCC; border-width: 1px;"> GOOGLE YAY </a>

Basically add any CSS element. But remember to use Mybb's format for creating MyCodes. (i.e. you have to use slashes, etc.)
