Im kinda confused... it changes the avatar every day? Is it possible to make it to change for every thread?

It will change each page refresh. It's not based on the time in anyway.

[b] earlier i was using random script which is shared by bro Matt and i basically used for myslef now it will be good as i can make it available to other users too

im confused, does this plugin works only on me, or all the members of my forum has the same capability to randomize their avtars?

I'm getting an error when I try to update a user's profile from the Admin Panel.

The following errors were encountered:

* The URL you entered for your avatar does not appear to be valid. Please ensure you enter a valid URL.

The text in the Specify Avatar URL is:
../avatars.php?uid=4

Please advise.
