If you try to push "subsribe to this forum" in any forum, you get this error

That topic's from 2008. The info contained may be out of date. It also applies mostly for users upgrading to 1.2.12 ;P A new functions.php might help, but it's not assured ;P

Fixed. I think Nick forgot to run the upgrader from upgrading to 1.4.12
